Refused to recommend treatment for an elderly woman because it "wasn't necessary". Then, when discomfort persisted, gave eye drops which clearly stated to "consult a physician if problems persist more than 72 hours" which it had already been. Replaced lenses in existing frames. One lens popped out/lost forever within 2 weeks. Probably ok to go here is you are young and not about to die.
