Avoid this clinic if you value transparency and fair billing. I sought a second opinion from Dr. Deschenes after my initial visit with another ENT at a different hospital. The first doctor suggested that I might have Meniere’s disease and handed me a pamphlet outlining various causes of hearing loss. Waste of time and money. Waited about a month and a half for the appointment, only to be told to just use saline nasal spray which I had already told the doctor didn’t work and is advice that I could find with just a cursory google search. I suggest you take the negative reviews of this doctor seriously because they closely match the experience that I also had. He was very dismissive from the get go. I had Sinusitis about 3 or 4 years ago. I received great medical care for my Sinusitis from Dr. Geoffrey Deschenes. I thought he was very knowledgeable in his area (nose, ear and throat), the appointment wasn't rushed, he engaged with me to a point.
