Very informative, carefully and thoroughly explains, procedures, expectations before, during and after surgery. Makes referrals as needed. Very satisfied with Dr. Pelz. The office staff, especially the nurses and NP, are very helpful, readily available for questions with appropriate responses within an adequate time frame. Very pleased.
