My spouse has a UTI and after giving a sample for lab analysis on Monday, she got only 3 days of antibiotics until labs identify the infection. TPMG does not send over the Rx for processing until end of the day, almost closing for some pharmacies. We heard nothing from TPMG and had to call Friday just to find out what needs to be done. She has been without antibiotics for two days. We are now waiting for end of the work day to see if the Rx will be sent. If not, we are now into the weekend without antibiotics. If there was an option to give no stars, I would! This physician has absolutely NO bedside manner. When patients and their family members are feeling the most apprehensive and vulnerable, Dr. Kostiner is demeaning and insulting. Got a second opinion as fast as possible, and will never recommend his practice!
