Wow! I have had several wonderful interactions with this office! The agent was patient with me while I asked a ton of questions, the staff is upbeat and very helpful! They have clearly gone the extra mile to help me understand my insurance coverages, so that I can make informed decisions. I'm a customer for life!
Where to start? Firstly, when you go elsewhere, you save a lot of money and get better coverage. Check with your local independent agent. It's a lot easier than you think. But back to this gem. He's very rude and can't be bothered with a lot. Asking why the rates change and why they are so high? Either a non-answer or something rude, along the lines of "just because".
