I have been going here for years due to excellent service and care from staff along with empathy for my dog. Yesterday I got blood all over the floor after a simple blood draw for heartworm. I had to pry information regarding a dental exam where they gave no information about the cost. I got no empathy at all for my dear pet. I even got a crazed look from a receptionist while complaining even though she could see I was upset. I would be embarrassed to recommend this place to anyone now. Above and beyond! He helped pay for a sick cat left at our home. He cared more about the animal than the money. We are going to go back after the Holidays to make a donation! First place for animal Care that is reasonable! Thank you Dr. Satterfield!
