They don't answer the phone or return messages
Mind boggling how people still use this carrier after years, and how are they even still in business? ZERO customer support. Useless website.
Probably the worst carrier of all time
Received an email from them at 4:58pm on June 24th. The email stated they tried to deliver my package at 7:07pm June 24th (2 hours into the future) but nobody was here to receive it... we're a restaurant open until 10 pm. Scam company!
