They do have a restroom for drivers, at least for our deliveries which occur in the rear of the building (receiving). I can't say if there's any restrooms for the other loading and unloading areas. This place is strict in their appointment times. If you are a few hours early they will not take you, suggestion stop at the TA or Petro which are around the corner and grab a cup of joe. Little Spanish guy responsible for Shipping WEIRD; when I first checked in, he told me we will be ready in two hours. I thought it makes sense because my appointment is 12:30 PM. I was early. So after two hours at 12:30 PM, he says I will give you a dock at 2 PM. I showed him my appointment is at 12:30 PM but he was like I don’t wanna see what you have!
A waste of time!! Very poorly organized company and loading takes more than 5 hours

Once your in for your appointment they move pretty swift. Crew is always friendly and professional. Don't mind delivering here at all. 5 stars
