Called for a replacement control board for my Econar heat pump. Price was reasonable, however was not the problem. Kevin helped me diagnose my unit over the phone. Turns out the unit was low on refrigerant. Saved me thousands. That was two weeks ago, now it is -20 degrees and my heater works! Can't express my gratitude enough! Thank you!!!
