Not happy. Our first unit was good and was talked into an upgrade. Installer retired and this new improved unit is crap. Haven't had air conditioning last year in 2024 and this summer 2025. Repairs Haven't been able to get a replacement or parts for our unit. Would not recommend, as last winter we were forced to use room heaters for back up and over ride the system by turning on and off the unit to keep running. It died completely this summer. I hope, I can up grade my review someday

When this system works, it’s a dream! And the warranty? Absolute gold—it covered my first two coil failures; parts and labor were included. Run run run from this company. They make shoddy equipment and don’t stand behind their products. Have a year old unit with a 10 year warranty spout a leak at a part they manufactured but claim it’s an accessory so no warranty and no labor allowance. They shouldn’t be in business

Had a coax coil fail just a few weeks out of a 10 year warranty. When we were sold the unit we were advised there was a 10 year parts and labor warranty. We were told by techs that came out from 2 different businesses that the problem quite likely started over the winter (when the unit was less than 10 years old), but because of how the system works, we didn't know it was a problem until we attempted to start using the cooling in the spring. Company did supply the part to their credit, but did not provide any labor allowance... read more
