Very nice repair work. Very kind and friendly.
Got my car repaired here due to a collision and they had it done before the promise time, my vehicle was also cleaner than what I had left it. The repairs were reasonably priced and they kept me in kahoots with my vehicle status the whole time. Overall great customer service. 10/10 would recommend. Shout out to my repairman Mike Wickersham! You and your team knocked it out of the park.
Someone hit my car and damaged the paint and trim. Mike from Diehl was a huge help. Great at communication and great with working with the insurance company to get my vehicle fixed! Would go back to them in a heart beat to have other work done!
I just picked up my Seltos from Diehl Collision in Massillon. Aside from the repair being perfect and the staff professional, I was struck by the fabulous condition of the car. It looked showroom perfect, was cleaned--even the tires were shiny. After I got home, I just stood in the driveway and looked at it for a couple minutes. How nice to see a company that treats their customers like this. Nice job!
