Get a second opinion- – What seemed to be a reputable company soon became a great disappointment. 1) Failed to meet all promised contracted items. 2) cost me thousands in repairs, and wasted time doing the company’s job. 3) Subject to rude and juvenile behavior- as I pleaded for a refund and to have the problem fixed. 4) As the home owner I am still liable for their poor work. 5) My property value has been reduced. On the bright side I was able to recover $1000.

If you are doing a home remodel and need to know more about your soil these are the guys to call. – Con: Called and left a message, but didn't get a callback until our architect contacted them on our behalf. Pro: The crew that came out to do a soil sample was first rate. They did 2 test drills - backing up their pickup with a drill rig and did a 20' soil sampling in both our front and backyard. They had to drive their truck over some of the landscaping, but the crew did a great job of cleaning up all the dirt debris.
