Boy I have dealt with many hvac manufacturers in my day & this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Ordered a part a week ago, I was told eta was 5 business days. Cool no problem, a week later 5 business days have passed & it has not even been shipped. Sherry has been a complete nightmare. No help what so ever, can not even answer the phone.
