The apartment complex itself is very nice and well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which I really appreciate. However, the biggest issue here is not the property—it’s the lack of management support when it comes to neighbor-related problems. I have been dealing with an ongoing situation with a downstairs neighbor who has been extremely disruptive.
