I really regret to renew this apartment because there junk fee is absolutely ridiculous and insane. They increased more than one hundred dollars per month on me Every single month admin fees, this fee….. and they charge 175 dollars for parking, package fee, … no parking at all. Please don’t be fool like me with there nonsense website advertising. Read google reviews. I can’t wait to get out here
The hallway always dirty and trash room full of garbage and cockroach no one clean it for a couple of days. Laundry room too no one clean it for months. Garage gate no one fixed it for a year.. if there is zero rate I will give this apartment zero definitely!
