Extremely overpriced! They wanted to charge me $578 to install a toilet. That is almost 3x's the national average for this scope of work, and they charge you $89 to come out and give you an estimate. Had two other plumber give me bids for $250, to do the exact same work (and they didn't charge anything to give the estimate). Unless you have a major emergency that needs immediate attention, I would definitely recommend getting other bids before having them do any work.
