Owner was rude and unhelpful. Unit was moved 40 minutes from Oswego to Central Square without ANY verification they sent 1 singular email with no response so decided to move it all on their own. Multiple damaged items and a GIANT headache. Also they purposely make it hard to cancel so they can get everything they can from you. Do not recommend.
