GenX Security was helpful from beginning to end in the installation of surveillance cameras at our location. From getting together with the owner for an on-site quote to the day of install, this company was great. Prompt, professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
They not only took my money but never sent the products back.
I came in town to help my elderly parents with some things around the house. I set an appointment with Gen-X, everything was professional up until this point. Day of appointment, no show, no call. When I called Gen-X all I got was attitude. I wouldn't recommend this business.
