My little brother joined this gym while he spent the summer with us. Almost instantly I noticed a huge change in his self esteem and discipline. He had a more positive outlook and would practice after his lessons what his coach had taught him. He would get home and talk about how great this gym was and how much one on one attention his coach would give everyone in his class. My son has been going to GenX Fitness for about a year now and loves it! Coach Gen is tough but fair and has fun with the kids. I’ve seen a huge difference in my son’s confidence, discipline, and resilience since starting Muay Thai and self Defense with him. There are a diverse group of kids and adults that make up the members of this studio, and everyone really is really close-knit and so welcoming to new-comers.
