Don't book here using Turo. Rental platform I used was Turo. The vehicle was towed from my home address which was the same as pickup location. The Turo app ended the trip and requested for me to leave a review. Turo refunded my deposit but then charged me extra use fees and recovery fees, despite of me informing GenX autos owner and paying for the tow cost out of my own pocket.
