I would give a zero. I needed documentation sent to a financial advisor, they sent the wrong information that wasn’t even part of my account. I had to call 4 different times. Still waiting for them to send the paperwork

My parents paid long term health care insurance for 33 yrs. At age 90, they were told they could no longer pay premiums. The money they paid (89k and 68k) would be available if they ever need it. Now at 96 yrs old, unable to use his fingers from neuropathy, unable to use a phone with 80% hearing loss and needs a cane or walker, he isn’t “eligible “. I have been calling them for months still haven't paid. Every time I call I get a different answer. Not 1 person has been able to help. I think they wait for our loved ones to die so they don't have to pay. Sad that they do this to the elderly I have already called an attorney.
