I received an auto-deduct through my employer for many years on a Long Term Care policy. My employer discontinued the auto-deduct last year and Genworth has noted they are a 19th century company, as they will only take payment by paper and mail. They have an online website to service their Life Insurance customers, but not Long Term Care. This is extremely poor service and I would not recommend them.
