I received excellent service from this company. I requested customized balloons for my business, and I was pleasantly satisfied with the final result. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Genie is very professional as I totally have no idea about the balloons. She is patient to explain the details and provided me the designs. The balloons are the same as her designs. The kids of our skating club had lots of fun with the balloons. After 48 hours, the balloons are still in good condition. I will choose GenWoo shop again.

I cannot tell you how many of these tassel garlands I’ve ordered from GenWoo, but frankly, hers are THE BEST! I get them for nearly every birthday and definitely every anniversary. They are so perfectly made, strung, and packaged so that they arrive in as perfect a state as they left. Once I had a party emergency and a rush tassel garland order made its way to me just in time.
