Genie has been really helpful and very responsive, she has been keeping in touch with me and making sure the balloons looked great and the delivery was on time. I would highly recommend Genie if you would need any balloons for parties or event in Ottawa!

Genie is very professional as I totally have no idea about the balloons. She is patient to explain the details and provided me the designs. The balloons are the same as her designs. The kids of our skating club had lots of fun with the balloons. After 48 hours, the balloons are still in good condition. I will choose GenWoo shop again.
