I closed a loan last month and Genuine Title was amazing. They charged reasonable fees and the customer service was great. I just wanted everyone to know.
After reading the other reviews here, I'm not sure why these folks had such a problem. Jay at Genuine stepped in to help solve my problem and cut me a check directly from their company to make things right. Thanks Jay!
This company is horrible. The president of it Jay, and Shannon and Kosty are a bunch of crooks.
