They just want your money. The dentist are unprofessional and hygienist are always messing something up with just a cleaning. Front desk has attitude so i gave them one back. Always selling something to me. It’s annoying. Not coming back. So if you want a cleaning that will pop out your filling and a dentist who’s unprofessional and you just want to give away all your money. Come here. They will give you that all guaranteed. They should sell that instead of dental care, Would have given 5 stars.
This was the worst dentist I have ever been to in my life. I had an appointment at 12:30pm and they did not work on my teeth until 2:15pm. I came into the room to get a filling done. The whiter polish lady was the dentist and she was super rude to me. Started selling me Invisalign for $5,000 when all I wanted done was a filling, she gave me a anesthesia shot and then left the room for more than an hour to work on some other patient and I was in the room waiting with my mouth number. I’ve been coming to this Genuine Smiles for regular exams and cleanings for a few years now. I’m usually seen promptly. The staff has been nice, and for anyone interested, they have people who speak Spanish.
Genuine smiles really helped me tremendously. They pushed for my dental work to get approved. Aida and her staff did a great job and care about their patients. My smile will be back because of them 😊
