First and foremost, Hailey at the front desk is the nicest and has incredible patience. Doctor Rafique is the most gentle and kind dentist that I have ever met in my life, and Christine is a true saint— a gal who held my hand and cheered me on because I am the most terrified of the dentist. The whole team held my hand every step of the way, didn’t make me feel embarrassed for my trauma, and really helped me to get to the other side with flying colors. Today was my first time at genuine smiles in Hackensack. I now found a new dentist. Dr. Delima was patient did a great job . Hailey upfront is outstanding. I noticed that alot of other reviewers have noticed this .Hailey you’re the gateway to the practice you made me feel comfortable immediately.Hailey answered my questions and helped me do all the forms you really are amazing thank you.
