My husband and I have been going to Dr. Josie for years and never had a problem. This past year, I was charged out of pocket costs twice for what was covered by insurance because what my insurance pays is a "slap in the face." And I just found out that my insurance was charged for work that was never done. I had a crown put in 18 months ago, and while Dr. Josie’s work was fine, the follow up is poor. I needed some help with the crown- and was told that they’d need to work with the lab that made the crown as well as my insurance and they’d get back to me regarding next steps. A little over two weeks passed and not a word. I reached out and was told that the lab wouldn’t be able to assist with the initial crown, but that they were waiting to hear from my insurance. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Chrisphante and her fantastic staff more highly. They are EXCELLENT!!
Dr. Chrisphonte was absolutely amazing! This was my first visit and usually I get nervous and anxious but my experience was amazing! From the second I came in I felt at ease! The entire staff so so wonderful! They were all so warm and welcoming 10/10 I recommend.
