I had a crown put in 18 months ago, and while Dr. Josie’s work was fine, the follow up is poor. I needed some help with the crown- and was told that they’d need to work with the lab that made the crown as well as my insurance and they’d get back to me regarding next steps. A little over two weeks passed and not a word. I reached out and was told that the lab wouldn’t be able to assist with the initial crown, but that they were waiting to hear from my insurance. Dr. Chrisphonte was absolutely amazing! This was my first visit and usually I get nervous and anxious but my experience was amazing! From the second I came in I felt at ease! The entire staff so so wonderful! They were all so warm and welcoming 10/10 I recommend.
I started coming to this office after my job transferred me to Farmingdale in Nov 2021 and I've been returning for my regular checkups ever since. Dr. Josiane is friendly and professional, and scheduling an appointment is easy. The office accepts most major insurance plans, so even when my company switched carriers there wasn't a problem.
