Michelle, the owner of this facility has provided my grandmother with exceptional care for over a year and a half and has been amazing with demonstrating clear communication, ensuring an amazing experience for all. Thank you, Genuine Senior Living! I can’t brag enough about Michelle—she’s truly awesome. She is incredibly friendly and genuinely treats you like family. She’s also very knowledgeable and patient, which made the entire process comfortable and reassuring. There are a lot of homes to choose from, but after touring a handful, I felt that Genuine Senior Living was just right. My dear, brave friend just passed away. She spent her last few weeks in this wonderful home and was treated as a member of the family. The cute banter between she and the staff members was open and hilarious. The owner is marvelous and the two young women who nursed my friend daily were simply extraordinary. Thanks to these wonderful women, my friends last days were filled with warmth and humor. I will never forget them.
