I wish I had listened to the other reviews warning me about this plumber. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed every negative comment. The plumber came out but didn’t fix a single issue. Without asking for permission, they went to several stores trying to find a part that didn’t even exist — and then charged me for that wasted time. To make matters worse, they left my bathroom in a complete mess and still didn’t solve the problem. They came out to my home on time, and the crew was friendly, yet professional. Began the swap out of my water heater and the comparison was night and day.
