Clint came to fix our toilet once again. We've been having problems and he comes every time to help us out and fix them. He also took care of my grandmas fridge water pipe installation and she was able to install her fridge with the water connected to it. We have used genuine plumbing multiple times over the past few years. I would consider them our family plumber, as they have helped us through various plumbing emergencies and regular use issues. Unfortunately our water heater was starting to leak, so we had to have it replaced. Joey (the tech) arrived at 10:10am for a 10-11 appointment I set up that morning. Joey was able to do it right away. He pulled out the old one and had the new one in by 1:30pm. He was very professional, honest, and easy to deal with. By 2pm, we had hot water again, area was all cleaned up, and he was on his way. Overall it was a quick, clean and great experience 👌.
