Selected Genuine Plumbing after a Google search and combing through reviews. I have to say the service from start to finish was professional and reasonable. The tech (Clinton) was quite knowledgeable and made a challenging task look easy. It convinced me that I made the right choice not attempting a DIY job, thank goodness! It's always great to have this kind of service experience!

Our fridge wouldn’t produce water or ice so we contacted Genuine Plumbing. They were able to come out the same day and determined that we had a dead waterline running to the fridge. They told us our options to fix the issue and then ordered the necessary parts. They came back the following day to run a new line and did the work quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed with Clinton throughout the process.

They're great. I called them out to fix a clog at my washer which was backing up at my shower. Clinton was super friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I will definitely call them again.

I have called upon Genuine Plumbing for many times over 10.years. Their work has always been excellent. They have great technology & know how to use it! For example, before looking under our house's slab; they brought in their high tech "leak detector" to pinpoint the location under our slab Therefore NO unneeded digging. They installed a "sleeve" in the pipe to the center of our street. NO roots working their way into our smooth water flow! - JG

I found this company on Google. I liked that it is a local business and that they can be contacted 24/7. I called in the morning and was told someone could be at my home within an hour to repair or replace a water heater. Clinton was efficient and knowledgeable. He treated me with respect and professionalism. I will be happy to refer others to contact Genuine Plumbing.
