Best customer service. They helped me on my cooktop on a Saturday (on Easter weekend). I knew it was going to take at least 3/4 days for them to help me. BUT after explaining my issue, they came within the hour. Can’t thank them enough. Plus they service was fast and really professional. Will definitely call them again for future issues

This company is outstanding. They did an amazing job resolving my plumbing issue. Clinton was extremely knowledgeable—he knew exactly what needed to be done and handled everything professionally and efficiently. After the work was completed, he made sure I was completely satisfied, which really shows their commitment to great customer service. I highly recommend this plumbing company for both small and large jobs. Great people and excellent service

Had a great experience with genuine plumbing today(a Saturday),. Had an emergency appointment setup for 2pm Clinton showed up on time and had our kitchen faucet installed and water running in no time. Very fast and cost effective. This is our new plumber!! thanks Clinton.

Excellent service! Clinton came out and resolved our bathroom drainage issue. He performed a hydro-jet and descaling, replaced a drain pipe, and even detected, diagnosed and repaired a leak behind our shower wall. Highly recommend Genuine Plumbing for their outstanding work and professionalism!

Genuine Plumbing was amazing! We tried other plumbers and no one could seem to figure out why our sink was backing up. Genuine Plumbing was thorough, explained the problems, showed us using a camera, and gave us a very fair quote to resolve the problem. They were professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. We told our neighbors Genuine Plumbing is the new plumber our block is using!
