Nick, Wholesale Parts Manager was instrumental in guiding me to the correct Volvo part. Was on a Saturday morning, they happened to be open, he was pleasant and attentive to my part needs and concerns. I recommend them highly.
I thought it was weird they didn't take cash and then i looked them up on Better Business Beuro and saw they're not an accredited member. Must be part for the corse. The building is overall trash compared to every other dealership in the greater Seattle area and the service isn't too far behind. If I wanted to use my car I would just order genuine volvo parts from fcpeuro and save 50%. It's only a matter of time until Sandberg runs this lil dealership off to another state
