I have a family member that receives Personal Care from Genuine Home Care Agency. The staff is very welcoming and genuinely care about their clients.
Genuine Home Care Agency has given excellent and outstanding service to the clients I referred to them over the last couple of years. I did referred them to a relative in 2020 who came back to tell me that for the 15 years he has been receiving home health care services; he has never received such an outstanding service from caring and compassionate home health aides as the one he continues receiving from Genuine Home Care Agency.
Genuine Home Care Agency is professional and at the same time genuinely care for it clients. I will give it Five Stars.
