Really disappointed and disengaged. Their customer engagement sucks. I was an advocate for their women’s probiotic; I take it I have my mom on it and two of my daughters. For this reason, I emailed them about supporting an event I was doing. Three times I received a ticket confirmation that ‘someone will be in contact with you’ - and no one ever replied. In an era where Canadians are supporting Canadian suppliers this was an easy win win.
