Absolutely Amazing Service. After the flooding (although nothing to do with the floods recently) our double garage door stopped working. I called Genuine garage doors and spoke to Josh who was the most helpful person I have spoken to lately. He took the time to explain several things that could be the problem and the possible cost involved, he said they would send someone to check it the next morning. Super impressed with this company. Had them attend to a broken garage door at a rental property. The process from booking to completion was hassle free. The tradie was on time (early), super knowledgeable and prompt - A new motor on in less than an hour. I won’t go anywhere else for future garage door installs, repair or servicing.
