I really love this auto shop. I brought my car to them for a second opinion after another (unnamed) auto shop gave me a quote. Genuine auto essentially showed me that the other folks were charging me double and essentially recommending double the amount of actually necessary work. Would 10/10 recommend going here.

I originally took my vehicle into the jeep dealership to fix an electrical problem I was have with my jeep. I had explained where I suspected the issue would be and basically gave them a slam dunk fix. After several days of diagnostic which didn't include looking at where I suspected the issue was and then asking for an additional $500 to find the issue I took my car back and brought it to Genuine Automotive. Went here because I had heard good reviews but once I got my quote back it seemed to be too high so I called around to other places and I found out they were going to charge me almost double and weren’t clear about the real damage to my car. So if you’re looking to go here, I’d try around other places before landing on this one.

Always the best. They don't upsell or argue, they just give you an honest assessment of what you need, and do it at a phenomenal price for the actual quality of the work. 10/10 would recommend
