Tom Powers who is the owner and expert in the field of antique lighting is as reputable as they come. I bought a chandelier which two months after being hung had one of its arms break off and was left hanging. When I contacted Mr. Powers as what I should be done; epoxy,braise,solder,etc., he said to only send it back to him for repair, which I did.
