Used to work with these guys back in 2019. Called in to get an estimate on repair work and they wanted to charge a service call and time spent to put together a quote. I've work with countless contractors and this is the first time I have ever heard of someone billing for time to put together a quote. Office told me that they only come out and repair without quoting first. I would be wary of companies like this as they rack up charges without you knowing.
