I’ve been taking my son here since it opened, and we’ve always had great service until recently. I’ve always booked my son with the owner because she knows how we like his hair cut. So when I specifically book with her and a new member of her staff does the haircut while she only touches it up at the end, it is a bit off-putting. I completely understand that everyone has to learn, but if I specifically book with her, I feel that she should do it or I should at least be asked if I’m okay with someone else cutting his hair. Carlie cut my hair today. Decided to go with something new. I gave her vague nebulous instructions and she figured it out and gave me my new favorite haircut. Big shout out to her because I didnt even know what I was asking for haha
Heard about this hope through an Instagram add this morning. Went in for a haircut and I would HIGHLY recommend this place Very welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, an awesome doggo wandering around I got pmtp play with while waiting and having a coffee. I saw Carlie, and she was great. I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted. She helped me narrow in on what I wanted, and then pulled it off perfectly. I got a haircut, mustache trim, and nose wax. Beautiful shop, cozy comfortable atmosphere and the staff make you feel like you're a part of the family. You leave feeling and looking your best. Shout out to Julie and her crew for breaking the mold. Special shout out to Dolly the shop dog. She's the sweetest.
