Very reliable and awesome service! Provided a lot of information for it being my first time septic pump. Offered next day services!
We will use Gentry Septic as our go to septic company from now on. They went above and beyond with inspecting and taking careof our septic tank, even went and made a special tool to get the job done! They were very professional, informative, honest, straightforward and saved us so much money. We can't recommend them enough.

So it is Nov 27, 2024, the day before Thanksgiving. The night before, we had a septic pump alarm. I called 1st thing on the 27th at 7AM (they open the earliest). Although they were booked due to Prince George County sending out 5 year septic pump notices, they fit me in! Indeed, they were the only place to call me back.
