Great work at a good price. I contacted them and they were able to come pump my septic the same day. I am very pleased with the service.

So it is Nov 27, 2024, the day before Thanksgiving. The night before, we had a septic pump alarm. I called 1st thing on the 27th at 7AM (they open the earliest). Although they were booked due to Prince George County sending out 5 year septic pump notices, they fit me in! Indeed, they were the only place to call me back. Since installation in 2018 to present time (2024), nothing but excellent service. Recently, I called with a concerning matter with little direction on a solution. Although Gentry no longer service my area (so sad), the staff went above and beyond to help. They researched other vendors and said call back if they do not work.
