I lived there for a year , on the 3rd floor , I was diagnosed with MS in October and my doctor wanted me on the 1st floor due to limitations because of my health, the manager that was there then was willing to let me out of my lease if I found a place without penalty. Well it took some time to find a place , cause the bills there was ridiculous, and on limited income it’s hard to save money, so I left 2 days into my new lease and now they want to say I gotta pay 2 months rent , and come to find out they didn’t take my brothe... read more
The apartments are nice but the rent is too expensive . Stairs are a problem for the disabled and the elderly tenants and you can’t transfer during your lease . And parking need work . But other than that it’s a very nice place to live and I would recommend living here
These apartments are really nice I am enjoying everything about it
