The apartments are nice but the rent is too expensive . Stairs are a problem for the disabled and the elderly tenants and you can’t transfer during your lease . And parking need work . But other than that it’s a very nice place to live and I would recommend living here
These apartments are really nice I am enjoying everything about it
These apartments are really nice. Good appliances, spacious rooms, high ceilings and friendly staff. Good chance you will be the first one to live in the apartment you get.
You wonder why over half of these are empty still. Income restrictions with the rents as high as the much nicer apartments in this area.
