Dr. gentry saw me in September 2016, I submitted my insurance information a week before my appointment as asked, the office never verified the insurance. He decided to see me while the receptionist verified the insurance. After the appointment dr gentry went to the receptionist and stared my insurance was closed, that i hadn't met my deductible and charged me $200. Paid over the phone with a credit card he gave me no bill. My copay was $25, the insurance paid and he won't refund the $175
