JOB WELL DONE Tyrell! Best experience ever having my Air Ducks cleaned and sanitized. Unfortunately he had to stop because of a equipment brake down and he had to go get a replacement in which put you behind schedule. With Tyrell professionallizem and sincere attention to detail oh and he explained the service he had performed to mak sure I understood what it was all about. These guys talk a great game, but they don’t follow through. I spent over 40K to have them improperly install our units. When we called to have the situation addressed, they said they would gladly do it for $2k per unit. Wut? They installed them improperly and now want $4k to fix it. Don’t use these guys. They will screw you over. Find a small company. These guys are too big to care about their customers.
Joe was the tech. He was prompt, friendly and thorough. Excellent service.
Possible long story, cut short having issues with an upstairs air handling unit and Cameron from gentry knew exactly what the issue was fixed it and we could not be happier. I recommend to all !!
