These guys talk a great game, but they don’t follow through. I spent over 40K to have them improperly install our units. When we called to have the situation addressed, they said they would gladly do it for $2k per unit. Wut? They installed them improperly and now want $4k to fix it. Don’t use these guys. They will screw you over. Find a small company. These guys are too big to care about their customers.
Joe was the tech. He was prompt, friendly and thorough. Excellent service.
Possible long story, cut short having issues with an upstairs air handling unit and Cameron from gentry knew exactly what the issue was fixed it and we could not be happier. I recommend to all !!

My AC shut down over the weekend. By 3:00 it was 81 in the house. I called Gentry praying to have someone by Monday. Charles came and the air was on by 5:15! He was efficient and took the time to explain the problem and fix. Next call will be on Monday to get a service contract. Thanks Charles!
