Gas furnace/no heat in a snowy, Saturday night at 930pm. I called the emergency line, Chris called me back within a minute. He helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. The heat is back on and just in time as the temperature is dropping quickly! Thank you!
I have had a service contract with Gentry for many years and have always been satisfied with the service. This week It was the coldest icy day in years. My gas furnace was switching off and on irregularly . I called Gentry expecting to need a house call and spoke with a most helpful and patient lady named Sarah S. Cameron is absolutely amazing. He came out listened to the issue i was having and took his time to fix it. I could of not asked for anything more then what he provided. He fixed my heat right before this whatever storm we are about to have. If you have an issue and need repairs I would and will specifically ask for this gentleman for it. Gentry was the lowest quote for a Mitsubishi mini-split and they completed the work extremely well and with no drama. I've used many heating/air contractors in Asheville and this was the best experience I've had. I will definitely use Gentry in the future.
