Gentry was the lowest quote for a Mitsubishi mini-split and they completed the work extremely well and with no drama. I've used many heating/air contractors in Asheville and this was the best experience I've had. I will definitely use Gentry in the future.

JOB WELL DONE Tyrell! Best experience ever having my Air Ducks cleaned and sanitized. Unfortunately he had to stop because of a equipment brake down and he had to go get a replacement in which put you behind schedule. With Tyrell professionallizem and sincere attention to detail oh and he explained the service he had performed to mak sure I understood what it was all about. These guys talk a great game, but they don’t follow through. I spent over 40K to have them improperly install our units. When we called to have the situation addressed, they said they would gladly do it for $2k per unit. Wut? They installed them improperly and now want $4k to fix it. Don’t use these guys. They will screw you over. Find a small company. These guys are too big to care about their customers.
