Worst in the business!
This company filed a claim with my insurance and never contacted me that they were the ones refilling my omnipod prescription (my endo just signed it, so equally guilty) but I had to track them down. I paid the copay Monday and they said I would have my supplies by Thursday.. it’s 2 days past and supplies are still not here. You’re sending out devices that keep people with T1D alive, not a pair of shoes. I would never use them again, I’m making sure my prescription is transferred out to somewhere else.
They do not accept HSA cards and will not try to accommodate that
