Nancy (front desk) was amazing in processing our day passes. Ricky was also incredible for showing us a full tour of the gym just for a day pass, will absolutely be coming back once back in town!

I am very disappointed with how I’m being billed; I was very clear about the specific timeframe I needed the membership for, yet they charged me for an extra month. They always have a different excuse to justify it and refuse to issue a refund. They claim I was misinformed—I signed up on July 7th and cancelled on the 1st, just as I was told to do, yet on August 3rd, they charged me for another month. I have nothing but great things to say about this gym. I have been going for about 2 months now after relocating to the RGV. Incredible gym, great people, and very friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend
