When I described the problem by phone to him, he determined that we probably had an emergency. He arrived within 2 hrs, evaluated the problem and, indeed, we had an emergency. We had personal extenuating circumstances (surgery scheduled that could not be postponed) that had to be handled the next day. Efficient, reasonable and timely James gave me a fair estimate and then performed a difficult wiring job to install two outside lanterns in a location two other electrician said couldn't be done without running conduit on top of my sheetrock. James did it, took extra time and the job came out perfect at the price he quoted. Gentry Electric is definitely a Master Electrician!
