Glen Gentry exceeded all our expectations by going the extra mile to take care of my elderly semi-invalid brother-in-law's refrigerator problem. When it was obvious to Glen that the refrigerator was beyond a cost-effective repair he called around to local dealers and negotiated using his influence to obtain the best possible deal for my brother-in-law on a brand new one. We thank him profusely for helping to make sure that no one took advantage of an elderly person in their time of need.
