Great place for the most part. I go here for the Sublocade shot, per the instruction of the Vanderburgh County Therapeutic Work Release program; I could and would have gotten it elsewhere but they wanted me to go to this particular clinic, because, (presumably) money. My first appointment, they weren’t able to give me the shot because they had to wait for insurance approval, but there may have been a way around that if I’d pushed for it and they did what they could to give it to me that day, it seemed. This place automatically gets 5 stars because they have cats. Haven't talked to a single person as I'm writing this. But they have cats, so yeah. Cats are cool. Cats.
Went in for a pre employee drug screen this morning. Very nice facility they seemed nice at first... I thought everything was going to be okay .. well I went pee in their cup and somehow managed to dump my urine all over my legs pants and shoes... They were very rude about the situation they offered no paper towels or anything for me to clean it up but expected me to sit in there lobby until my bladder was full again covered in urine... I had to get fingerprinted for a job. The staff were nice, the facility seemed clean. They got me in and out, the whole process took probably 10 minutes. They have a nice waiting room, lots of chairs. They do have some cats running around
