Run away from this place! They sold my family appliances that didn't work and were INFESTED with roaches. When my mother in law called to see what could be done about the broken dishwasher, she was yelled at and cursed out. NO decent business has any right to yell or curse at a customer! These people are lying and dishonest. Do not use!
Don't use! – We bought a house and then appliances from Gently used but did not move in right away. Once we moved in one of the $350 appliances stopped working proprerly. I called a repair man $60 but the repairs would have been several hundred dollars. I went in to complain on a Sat afternoon when they were busy. I also asked if they would be interested in buying my working oven. Excellent products and service! – I started out with a dishwasher. Stainless steel Kitchenaid model with all the bells and whistles. Purchased at a great price and they delivered and installed FREE! They even took the old one away for no charge. Then because all my other appliances were white, I decided to get a stainless fridge and stove. I wanted a gas stove, changing over from electric and they found me a BEAUTIFUL Kitchenaid Semi-commercial one WITH a convection oven!
