Really the rating should be a 4.5 but I have a round down system I like to use. Service was great and the workers as well. The only draw back was the price but I've never had a short cut/fade before since I've always had med to long hair all my life. So this was my first time having a fade cut close to the scalp. I'm sure the price was well worth the work and that's what fades cost from long hair....just use to paying 40 with tip for simple trims all my life.
