High quality garments. The ladies that do the final fittings for tuxes are highly professional. The woman who works the front desk is very unfriendly. The initial fitting is VERY expedient. Almost to a fault. 56 years in business - you’d think their attitude would be more positive, and less transactional! Friendly staff. Nice tuxes but awful hours, and super predatory pricing. My husband's friend picked this place for his wedding since he was promised a free tux after his wedding through some scammy raffle. Little do they advertise is the fact that all the other groomsmen subsidize this "free tux" by paying astronomically more for a tux rental than any other place nearby. I thought this place was great until after the wedding. Donna was extremely rude to me. Donna also raised her voice at me, and yelled at me over the phone. I asked for my deposit back, and she claimed it was non-refundable. I said that is fine but it should be clarified that the deposit is non-refundable. She also refused to give a suit (part of an incentive deal) to the Groom of the wedding when he went to pick it up until I wrote I would not dispute the charge.
