HORRIBLE. I did not receive a warm welcome at all, no good morning or have a good day. Service is also extremely bad and felt extremely belittled, the older lady in the front gave me an attitude when asking questions and her snarky comments were even worse about a tuxedo rental. Never again will I rent from this location and I will make sure others won’t either. Remember first impressions matter and set the tone for the entire rest of the conversation/service. Service with a smile comes a long way.
