Made a 215 appointment, at 220 I watched someone that got there after me sit down. 235 I asked how long yet and was told another 10 to 15 minutes. This after watching the 4 ladies there hanging out chatting at the counter with a guy still in chair and 4 guys waiting about one of them leaving on a trip. The reason I make Appointments is to help me schedule my day just like them and was very frustrated.
