Extremely disappointing service. I made an appointment online, checked in early, and was then made to wait more than 20 minutes before I stood up and left (it’s advertised as a 30 min haircut lol). At no point was I offered an update on timing or a different barber. Why even bother with online bookings, when no effort is made to stay on schedule - unprofessional operation all around.
Sapna is always incredibly quick and efficient, and I’m always happy with the cut. She also lovely and delightful. High marks.
